Mayor's Ticket Wins

Will a win by the Mayor's candidates actually mean real reform for LAUSD? Yesterday I discussed the potential for reform in Los Angeles schools with a Mayor majority on the school board. However, I will believe in real reform when student outcomes change in Los Angeles.
